This week, the price of chlorinated paraffin rose by 1.65%.

Analysis review

The price of chlorinated paraffin rose this week, and the domestic operating rate was about 60%. The price of raw material liquid chlorine rose first and then fell, and the price of raw material liquid wax adjusted slightly after rising, and the cost support was acceptable. The downstream demand performance was average, just purchased on demand mainly, and the market trading atmosphere was acceptable. As of September 8, the ex-factory price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in Anhui was about 6,300 RMB/ton, the ex-factory price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in Northeast China was about 5,800 RMB/ton, and the ex-factory price of chlorinated paraffin in Shandong was about 6,400 RMB/ton.

In terms of raw material liquid wax, the market price of liquid wax generally increased this week. Since last Friday, the price of liquid wax continued to rise, with a slight correction on the 8th, and the market transaction was acceptable. In terms of raw material liquid chlorine, the price of liquid chlorine fell this week, and the market was mainly down. Downstream purchased at lower prices, the transaction volume was acceptable.
