SunSirs: The Prices of all Kinds of Coal in China showed an Upward Trend in the middle of August

According to the data released by the National Bureau of statistics on August 24, the prices of all kinds of coal showed an upward trend in the middle of August. The specific price changes of each coal are as follows:
The price of anthracite (medium wash block, volatile≤8%) was 1,577.1 RMB/ ton, an increase of 110.3 RMB/ ton or 7.5% over the previous period.
The price of ordinary blended coal (mixed coal of Shanxi fine coal and lump coal, with a calorific value of 4,500 kcal) was 908.3 RMB/ ton, an increase of 8.3 RMB/ ton or 0.9% over the previous period.
The price of Shanxi blended coal (mixed coal with good quality and calorific value of 5,000 kcal) was 1,013.3 RMB/ ton, an increase of 13.3 RMB/ ton or 1.3% over the previous period.
The price of Shanxi blended coal (high-quality mixed coal with a calorific value of 5,500 kcal) was 1,148.3 RMB/ ton, an increase of 0.8 RMB/ ton or 0.1% over the previous period.
The price of Datong blended coal (Datong produced mixed coal with a calorific value of 5,800 kcal) was 1,233.3 RMB/ ton, an increase of 0.8 RMB/ ton or 0.1% over the previous period.
The price of coking coal (main coking coal, sulfur content<1%) was 2,082.1 RMB/ ton, an increase of 72.7 RMB/ ton or 3.6% over the previous period.
From the above data, it can be seen that in the middle of August, anthracite and coking coal rose significantly, while the overall increase of thermal coal was small in China.
