Downstream end users take a wait-and-see attitude, and most market transactions are mainly through negotiation. Although the large mills have issued price increase letters, the actual implementation is not good.

The demand of the whiteboard market is still declining. Due to the customers' psychology of buying up but not buying down, the dealers and the downstream are still cautious in preparing goods. The terminal demand continues to be sluggish, and most of the operators have insufficient confidence in the future market. Due to the large inventory carried forward at the end of last month, the market supply pressure still exists this month. In order to relieve the inventory pressure, the price of whiteboard paper is still weak.
