SunSirs: Domestic Urea Prices Fell 3.63% on July 25

On July 25, the domestic comprehensive price of urea was 2,522 RMB/ton, a slight decrease, a decrease of 95 RMB/ton compared with the price on July 22, a decrease of 3.63%, and a decrease of 9.28% compared with the same period last year.
Analysis review
The upstream cost support was general, the downstream agricultural demand was weakened, and the industrial demand was insufficient. The sales pressure of urea manufacturers was increasing, and the price was reduced to attract orders. Some manufacturers had overhauled, and the daily output of urea dropped to about 147,000 tons, which was still expected to decline.
Market outlook
It is expected that the domestic urea market price will be consolidated at a low level, with the average market price around 2,520 RMB/ton.
