According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, the Vinyl cyanide market continued to fall this week (7.18-7.25). As of July 25, the price of Vinyl cyanide was 9,820 RMB/ton, down 5.21% from last Monday's 10,360 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
The supply side of the domestic Vinyl cyanide industry continued to be in a loose state, the downstream construction fell back, the market transactions were deadlocked, and traders sold stocks at low prices. As of July 25, the market offer of Vinyl cyanide bulk water in East China was between 9,100 and 10,100 RMB/ton.
This week (7.18-7.25), the price of raw material propylene fluctuated slightly and fell, and the cost support was weak. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of July 25, the domestic price of propylene was 7,340 RMB/ton, down 0.19% from 7,354 RMB/ton last Monday.
Since July, the operating rate of downstream ABS has dropped to around 80%, and the operating rate of acrylic fiber and acrylamide industries has declined slightly. The demand side was slightly weak, but there was still some support for Vinyl cyanide; the supply side of Vinyl cyanide continued to be under pressure.
Market outlook
