SunSirs: Domestic LNG prices have fallen since yesterday

Key points of analysis: on May 19, the average price of domestic LNG market was 6826 RMB/ton, down 0.67% from the previous day and up 85.32% year-on-year. The final price of the feed gas auction of PetroChina direct liquid supply plant from May 21 to 31 was 4.33-4.43 RMB/ m3, the average price was reduced by 0.11 RMB / m3 compared with the previous period, and the trading volume was 33 million m3. The reduction of the feed gas price depressed the market atmosphere. At present, the market supply is abundant, the demand in the off-season is weakened, and the receiving capacity of downstream users is general. In addition, the inlet gas price is reduced, the domestic liquid price is down, the market wait-and-see mood is rising, and the actual transaction is mainly negotiation.
It is expected that the domestic LNG market will be stable and down in the short term.
