Fujian Gulei plans to build 250000 / 150000 T / a phenol acetone and 270000 T / a bisphenol A projects

Recently, Fujian Zhangzhou Gulei Development Zone publicized the environmental report of Fujian Gulei 1.5 million T / a ethylene and downstream deep processing consortium project, which disclosed the details of the project.

The investment of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. is about 42.1 billion yuan.

 

A 1.5 million T / a ethylene plant will be built in the project. Ethylene is produced by steam cracking, so as to extend the product chain and produce downstream petrochemical products. 

The main products include ethylene tar, cracked C5, butadiene, styrene, toluene, ethylene oxide, monoethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, etc.

Ethylene industry chain: the production scale of ethylene is 1.5 million tons / year, and the downstream is planned to build 100000 / 1 million tons / year ethylene oxide / ethylene glycol, 400000 tons / year HDPE, 600000 tons / year mLLDPE / HDPE and 50000 tons / year Hexene-1. Propylene industry chain: 8502800 T / a of propylene is produced and 160000 T / a of propylene is purchased every month, totaling 1012800 T / A. 400000 T / a polypropylene (impact resistant / random) and 550000 T / a polypropylene (homopolymerization / random), 250000 T / a phenol acetone, 270000 T / a bisphenol a and 290000 T / a polycarbonate are built in the downstream.
