SunSirs: Limited Production Capacity, China EPS Price is Weak

According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the average price of EPS ordinary materials at the beginning of last week was 11400 RMB/ ton, and the average price of EPS ordinary materials at the weekend was 11,255 RMB/ ton, with a price decrease of 1.54%.
At present, the price of EPS market is falling in a narrow range. The continuous decline in the price limit of power coal depressed the market sentiment. Pure benzene weakened, but the ethylene supply was tight and the price was high, the loss of styrene plants increased, coupled with a new round of "power restriction" in some areas, the terminal start-up in some areas was limited, the EPS price fell slightly, and the overall transaction weakened month on month.
Ordinary materials of Jiangsu sample enterprises were 11,000 RMB/ ton, a month on month decrease of 200 RMB/ ton, a decrease of 1.79%, resistance fuel was 11,900 RMB/ ton, a month on month decrease of 200 RMB/ ton, a decrease of 1.65%.
The supply side is limited. The "power restriction" in Jiangsu may last until the end of the month. The output is expected to decrease next week, and China EPS market is expected to fluctuate in a narrow range this week.
