According to statistics from SunSirs, the price of dry process aluminum fluoride in China fell slightly in October. The average market price at the beginning of the month was 10166 RMB/ton, and that at the end of the month was 9600 RMB/ton, with the price down 5.57%.

Analysis review

In October, the price of aluminum fluoride fell, and some aluminum fluoride manufacturers lowered the factory price: at present, the price of aluminum fluoride in Henan is 9400-9700 RMB/ton, and that in Shandong is 9400-9800 RMB/ton. Zhengzhou Tianrui Grain Technology Co., Ltd. quoted 10500 RMB/ton of aluminum fluoride, Shandong LuZeng chemical quoted the price to 11000 RMB/ton, Zhengzhou Zerun Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. quoted 8800 RMB/ton of aluminum fluoride.

In October, the overall trend of hydrofluoric acid price continued to decline, the delivery situation of on-site manufacturers was still not improved, and the operating rate of downstream refrigerant industry remained at a low level. The demand for domestic hydrofluoric acid market was limited, coupled with the high operating rate of domestic hydrofluoric acid plant, the domestic spot supply was sufficient, and some manufacturers continued to reduce the ex factory price. By the end of the month, hydrofluoric acid negotiators in southern China is 9000-9500 RMB/ton, and the price of hydrofluoric acid in the northern market is 9000-10000 RMB/ton. Recently, the domestic market price of hydrofluoric acid continued to fall. The demand of the downstream refrigerant industry was relatively poor. The supply of hydrofluoric acid manufacturers was not good, and the market price trend in the market was falling. The overall performance of aluminum fluoride in the first ten days and the middle of October was stable. In the end of October, the ex-factory price of aluminum fluoride manufacturers was lowered by 500-800 RMB/ton, and the market price of aluminum fluoride started to fall.

Market outlook

The analyst of the aluminum fluoride industry believes that the price of the upstream raw material hydrofluoric acid has been falling, and the aluminum fluoride manufacturers have failed to start the price reduction promotion mode. It is expected that the price of aluminum fluoride will continue to decline steadily in November.
