1. Corn price trend
Last week, domestic corn prices rebounded slightly. The average price of third-grade yellow corn at the beginning of the week was 2788.57 yuan/ton, and the average price at weekend was 2804.29 yuan/ton, an increase of 0.56%.
2. Market Analysis
After entering April, the domestic corn market price continued to be weak. Since mid-April, the supply of corn in the northeast producing areas has declined, the trade entities have increased bullish sentiment in reluctance to sell, the overall supply and demand game in the corn market has intensified, and the arrival of corn in ports and deep processing companies has increased. In order to stimulate the arrival of the goods, the purchase price of corn in the port area continued to rise this week, driving the domestic corn market price to pick up slightly.
Last week, domestic live pig prices bottomed out and rose sharply by 5.57% during the week. Egg prices fluctuated upward, rising by 1.91% during the week. The aquaculture market rebounded, and farmers' enthusiasm for replenishment will be supported to some extent.
3. Market outlook forecast
