As of the 14th, the negotiation range of IPA in Shandong Province was about 8,600-9,100 RMB/ton, and that of IPA in Jiangsu Province was about 9,100-9,150 RMB/ton. The IPA negotiation range in Zhejiang was around 9,000 RMB/ton.
Market outlook
