SunSirs: China Domestic PC Prices Rise widely, Supply is Tight

According to the data monitored by SunSirs, as of November 9, the PC market price was 18,333.33 RMB/ ton. The price of domestic PC market increased by more than 1,000 RMB, 7.21% higher than that of the same period last week, and 20.09% higher than that of the same period last month. The overall trend is upward. In the near future, the price has maintained an upward trend, and the upstream high-level operation has provided strong support for PC.
The price of China domestic PC market has been raised. At present, the spot supply is in short supply, the price is bullish, and the number of transactions is limited. The latest prices of enterprises are Luxi Chemical 18,000 RMB/ ton, Lihua Yiweiyuan 17,000 RMB/ ton, Shanghai Kesi 20,000 RMB/ ton. The low-end reference price is 18,200-19,000 RMB/ ton, and the middle and high-end reference price is 19,500-21,000 RMB/ ton.
The upstream market price of bisphenol A Rose broadly, with reference price to 14,000-14,200 RMB/ ton. Most manufacturers raised prices. Downstream buyers were cautious.
On November 8, the rubber and plastic index was 705 points, unchanged with the previous day, down 33.49% from 1060 (2012-03-14), and 33.52% higher than the lowest point of 528 on April 6, 2020. (Note: period refers to 2011-12-01 to now)
