SunSirs: Traders holiday extended, seamless tube prices stabilized

After the Spring Festival, due to the epidemic situation, traders' holidays have been extended, and there is no market price for the seamless tube market, and the price is stable at 4456 yuan / ton.
Start-up situation: Short-process tube factories in Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other regions have not started. Long-process Baotou Steel, Panjin, Tianguan and other normal production, but the output decreased by 40-60%. Among them, Panjin: One workshop produced two 159 units; while the other two workshops were suspended, the average daily output was 3,500 tons. The current inventory is 100,000 tons, which is quite stressful.
Slab tube: Lu Li: one blast furnace, one stop, electric arc furnace production average daily output of more than 7,000 tons of round steel. Current inventory is 68,000 tons. Jiang Xin: The two blast furnaces are in normal production, and the steel output is consciously reduced. The average daily reduction is about 800 tons, the average daily output is 8,000 tons, and the current inventory is 30,000 tons.
Inventory: the accumulated social inventory of seamless management was 721,400 tons, an increase of 9,200 tons from the pre-holiday period, a monthly increase of 10.14%, and a year-on-year decrease of 7.73%.
Future forecast: shipments will basically stagnate due to traffic control. In the short term, the social stocks of leading cities in the country will be in the pipe billet plant, and the seamless pipe plant will have a slight increase in inventory after it has started. Affected by the epidemic, traders are expected to start work after the 15th of the first month, and most traders have already started ordering online. Taken together, the market price of seamless tube will not change in the short term.
