According to the data of SunSirs, the market price of epichlorohydrin will fluctuate upward in 2019. As of December 23, the average market price of epichlorohydrin was 13,566.67 RMB/ton, up 2,916.67 RMB/ton or 27.39% compared with 10,650 RMB/ton quoted at the beginning of the year.

2. Epichlorohydrin rose 11.11% in the first quarter

In the first quarter of 2019, the market of epichlorohydrin rebounded after a slow rise and a sharp fall, with an overall upward trend. The market price of epichlorohydrin increased from 10,650 RMB/ton on January 1 to 11,833.33 RMB/ton on March 31, and the price increased by 1,183.33 RMB/ton, or 11.11%.

In the second quarter, the overall price rose 2,766.67 RMB/ton, or 23.38%.

4. Epichlorohydrin rose 2.74% in the third quarter

The market of epichlorohydrin fluctuated in the third quarter of 2019. The market price of epichlorohydrin increased from 14,600 RMB/ton on July 1 to 15000 RMB/ton on September 30, and the quotation increased by 400 RMB/ton, or 2.74%. The highest price in July was 17,666.67 RMB/ton, and the lowest price in September was 12,166.67 RMB/ton.

5. Epichlorohydrin fell 9.56% in the fourth quarter

In the fourth quarter of 2019, the market of epichlorohydrin rose sharply and fell sharply. The market price of epichlorohydrin fell from 15,000 RMB/ton on October 1 to 13,566.67 RMB/ton on December 23, with the quotation down by 1,433.33 RMB/ton, or 9.56%. The highest price in October is 18,933.33 RMB/ton, and the lowest price in December is 11833.33 RMB/ton.

6.The highest monthly increase is 25.33%

In October 2019, the market price of epichlorohydrin rose from 15,000 RMB/ton on October 1 to 18,800 RMB/ton on October 31, an increase of 3,800 RMB/ton, the largest monthly increase of 25.33% in 2019.

7. The biggest monthly drop is 31.74%

In November 2019, the market price of epichlorohydrin fell from 18,800 RMB/ton on November 1 to 12,833.33 RMB/ton on November 30, the largest monthly decline, with the quotation down 5,966.67 RMB/ton, or 31.74%.

8. The maximum price difference of epichlorohydrin in 2019 is 8,783.33 RMB/ton

The price of epichlorohydrin on January 7, 2019 is 10,150 RMB/ton, which is the lowest price of epichlorohydrin this year. On October 28, the price of epichlorohydrin was 18,933.33 RMB/ton, which was the highest price of epichlorohydrin this year. Compared with the lowest price, the highest price difference of epichlorohydrin this year was 8,783.33 RMB/ton.
