SunSirs: The Domestic Isopropanol Market Fell This Week (December 9-13)

According to the data of SunSirs, the price of isopropanol fell this week. At the beginning of the week, the average domestic price of isopropanol was 6,900 RMB/ton, and the average price on the weekend was 6,725 RMB/ton. During the week, the price fell by 2.54%.

 

Analysis review        

Product: The domestic isopropanol market fell this week. There is a strong wait-and-see mood among traders, and there is a decrease in downstream demand and lack of support. The overall supply and demand side is weak, and buying is cautious. As of the end of the week, the negotiation range of isopropanol in Shandong is about 6600-6900 RMB/ton. The negotiation range of isopropanol is 6500 RMB/ton in Ningbo, Zhejiang, 6500-6700 RMB/ton in Jiangsu and 6850 RMB/ton in Guangdong, South China.

Industrial chain: From the upstream, the domestic acetone market continued to decline this week. With the arrival of imported goods, the supply of spot resources on the market increased, the intention of on-site cargo holders to ship increased, and the overall market transaction was insufficient. At present, the negotiation range of East China market is 5500-5550 RMB/ton. This week, the market price of propylene in Shandong fell all the way. At present, the market turnover has dropped to about 6670-7050 RMB/ton, and the mainstream price is 6670-6700 RMB/ton.

 

Market outlook

Isopropanol analysts from SunSirs believe that the market of raw material acetone fell, and the price of propylene fell all the way. The overall news of isopropanol is mainly short, so it is expected that the atmosphere of isopropanol will still be poor in the short term, with a slight decrease.
