SunSirs: Demand Improves, Cement Price Rises in East China
September 08 2022 09:48:40SunSirs(Selena)

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the cement market in East China has risen recently, with the price of 390.00 RMB/ ton at the beginning of the week and 394.00 RMB/ ton at the end of the week, an increase of 1.03%. The current price has decreased by 21.15% compared with last year.

In September, as the temperature dropped, cement prices in Anhui, Jiangsu and other regions rose, driven by the increase in clinker prices and cement prices of some surrounding enterprises.

In Anhui, the market demand improved. Around September 2, the price of high-standard cement manufacturers in Chuzhou, Anhui increased 20 RMB/ ton.

In Jiangsu, demand has recovered. Around September 2, the price of high-standard cement manufacturers in Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Lianyungang and other areas of Jiangsu increased by 10-20 RMB/ ton.

Recently, cement prices in some parts of East China have increased slightly. It can be seen from the above figure that the recent cement market is mainly stable and rising, and the market continues to recover this week. This is mainly because the weather in the south is improving, the influence of rain and high temperature will gradually weaken, the market demand is obviously improving, the manufacturer's shipment is basically around 70%, and the off peak production started in various places is superimposed. The enterprises have strong willingness to adjust prices, leading to the increase of cement prices.

According to the prediction of SunSirs, the market demand has picked up slightly compared with the previous period. In order to make profits, enterprises have a strong willingness to adjust prices. Therefore, SunSirs cement product analysts believe that China cement market will mainly rise in a short time.
