Analysis review

70% to 80% of the domestic joint alkali plant is under construction. In addition, the transportation control in the early stage has been gradually lifted. The company has shipped more ammonium chloride, and the market supply is tight, and the demand has strong support for ammonium chloride. Recently, the price of raw material liquid ammonia remained high, and the cost side continues to support.

Since June, the price of raw material liquid ammonia has fallen slightly from a high level, and the cost side continues to support. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of June 8, the domestic liquid ammonia price is 5,273 RMB/ton.

Since June, the high level of urea has risen slightly. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of June 8, the domestic price of urea is 3,225 RMB/ton, an increase of 0.75% from  the price of 3,201 RMB/ton at the beginning of the month.

Market outlook

The market supply is tight, coupled with the support of high raw material prices, it is expected that the price of ammonium chloride will continue to remain high and firm in the later period.
