Recently, the price of billet has continued to rise. In addition, the last blast furnace in Jiangxin has been put out, and the new Lingang plant will continue to take over production. The supply of billet in Shandong is limited, and the pipe factory needs to be sourced from outside, which has prompted the ex-factory price of seamless tube in Shandong to rise.
