SunSirs: Continued Weak EVA Market in China, with Obvious Decline
December 29 2021 15:38:55SunSirs(Selena)

In late December, EVA market continued its downward trend, with obvious decline. According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, the average ex-factory price of domestic EVA was 18,833.33 RMB/ ton on December 19 and 18,000.00 RMB/ ton on December 27, with a decline of 4.42% during the week and 12.20% compared with December 1.

Last week, the domestic EVA market fell first and then stabilized. At the beginning of the week, the ex-factory price of upstream petrochemical enterprises continued to decrease significantly, and the cost support weakened. Until the later part of the week, the petrochemical price stabilized after falling, focusing on consolidation. The downstream mentality is cautious, multi-dimensional, supplemented on demand, and generally enthusiastic. There are insufficient favorable factors in the market, the mentality of merchants is weak.

At present, the market supply is temporarily stable. In terms of demand, in addition to photovoltaic materials, the downstream performance is poor, the terminal demand is weak, the market as a whole lacks upward mobility, and the operator's mentality is poor. It is expected that China EVA market will continue to be weak in the short term.
