According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the average price of EPS common material was 10,400 RMB/ ton on March 22, and 10,200 RMB/ ton on March 26, up 28.50% compared with the same period last year.

Crude oil rose and fell sharply, the overall trend was weak, bulk commodities generally fell, styrene trading volume was large, spot prices rebounded. As of March 25, Jiangsu styrene spot price was about 8,400 RMB/ ton, down 150 RMB/ ton, or 1.75%, compared with the closing price of 8,550 RMB/ ton on March 18.

EPS prices rose steadily, and some downstream businesses entered the market to replenish goods. The total inventory of most domestic EPS factories declined. However, most factories reflected that although orders were large, most of them still purchased by demand.

North China, northeast and other regional plate demand improved, it is expected that China EPS market or narrow finishing this week.
