February 05 2021 13:58:45SunSirs(Selena)

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the cement market in East China has recently fallen, with the price of 503.40 RMB/ ton on January 25 and 501.60 RMB/ ton on January 21, with a decrease of 0.36%. The current price has dropped by 1.34% month on month, and the current price has dropped by 7.15% year on year.

Recently, as the Spring Festival is getting closer, the cement demand is general, the pressure of manufacturers is greater, and the price is on a downward trend.

Recently, with the arrival of Spring Festival transportation, workers began to return home in advance, construction sites and mixing stations were shut down in succession, cement market demand further declined, market competition intensified. Cement off-season has come and the market is expected to further decline.

Downstream: from January to December 2020, China's investment in real estate development was 14,144.3 billion RMB, an increase of 7.0% over the previous year, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over January to November, 2020, and a decrease of 2.9 percentage points over the previous year. Among them, the residential investment was 10,444.6 billion RMB, an increase of 7.6%, 0.2 percentage points higher than that from January to November, 2020, and 6.3 percentage points lower than that of the previous year.

According to the prediction of SunSirs, with the approaching of the Spring Festival, the construction site will be shut down gradually, and the workers will return home one after another. The off-season of the cement market has arrived, and the market demand is weak. Therefore, SunSirs cement product analysts believe that China cement market will be weak in a short time.
