The supply and demand side led to overall weak ammonium chloride prices. According to SunSirs, as of November 26, 2020, the 600,000-ton/year ammonium chloride plant in Kunshan of China National Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. has been operating normally and is currently under construction at almost full capacity. The manufacturer now reports 590 RMB/ton for dry ammonium chloride and 520 RMB/ton for wet ammonium chloride. The manufacturer controls the order.

Market outlook

The ammonium chloride analyst of SunSirs believes that although the current supply and demand of ammonium chloride is weakly balanced, the demand for winter reserves is currently supported, and the price of ammonium chloride may rise in the later period.
