SunSirs: Better Demand, China Cement Market in East China Continues to Rise

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, in the first ten days of November, China cement market demand was still good, and the cement market in East China rose slightly, with the price of 493.40 RMB/ ton on November 11 and 496.00 RMB/ ton on November 11, up 0.53%. The current price rose 4.77% month on month, and the current price rose 2.52% year on year.

In November, the market demand in East China was in the traditional peak season, the manufacturers' shipment continued to rise, and the cement market generally maintained an upward trend. The normal delivery or sales of each enterprise are more than 50%, and the cement demand is stable and good. In order to improve profits, the major cement manufacturers have strong willingness to increase prices. Generally speaking, the whole cement market in November is still at a high level and keeps rising slightly.

Downstream: from January to September, the national real estate development investment was 10348.4 billion yuan, up 5.6% year-on-year, 1.0 percentage points higher than that of January August. Among them, the residential investment was 7,656.2 billion RMB, an increase of 6.1% and an increase of 0.8%. From January to September, the housing construction area of real estate development enterprises was 8,598.2 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 3.1%, and the growth rate was 0.2% lower than that of January to August.
