According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the domestic average ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate was 583 RMB/ton on August 17, and the average ex-factory price was 578 RMB/ton on August 21. The price fell 0.86% this week.

Analysis review

Domestic ammonium sulfate prices fell slightly this week. The mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in Central China was about 550-650 RMB/ton, the mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in Henan was 530-580 RMB/ton, the mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in Hebei was 470-550 RMB/ton, and the mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in Shandong was 500-570 RMB/ton, the mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in East China was 550-650, the mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in North China was 500-650 RMB/ton, and the mainstream ex-factory price of ammonium sulfate in Northeast China was 520-630 RMB/ton.

Some companies in the downstream compound fertilizer market adjusted their prices this week, but market demand was still insufficient, and new orders were not many. The price range of compound fertilizer raw material urea was adjusted, and the trend of monoammonium phosphate wais not good, and the industry had a strong wait-and-see atmosphere. The compound fertilizer market is mainly stable in the short term.

Market outlook

The ammonium sulfate analyst of SunSirs believes that the current market demand for coking grade ammonium sulfate is not good, and the market continues to fall. Export orders for CPL-grade ammonium sulfate are good, and prices are always firm. Ammonium sulfate is expected to be stabilized in the short term.
