In September, domestic cotton prices have risen slightly. Because it is now the traditional peak season of textiles, orders have warmed up relatively. Besides, in the last month of cotton rotation, the turnover rate and volume of have risen sharply, helping to increase the spot prices. What is more, the short-term surge in crude oil prices has led to an active investment market, bringing an increase in cotton futures, but the speed of market cooling could be as fast.

Data show that, from January to July, China's household textiles exports totaled 15.21 billion US dollars, 1.4% more than the same period last year. But towel products declined 13%. From the slight rebound of cotton prices and the weak increase of yarn prices, the cotton spinning market is facing challenges.

Analysts from SunSirs believes that cotton prices have rebounded slightly and the increase of yarn prices has been weak. Cotton yarn Market adheres to the unchanged normal situation, the prices cannot help but to decline. And the future market is not optimistic because of the increase of output and the decrease of demand.
