April 09 2020 21:03:43SunSirs(Daisy)

The DDGS commodity index was 86.94 on April 9, up 0.41 points from yesterday, down 13.06% from the highest 100.00 point (2014-Jannuary -06) in the cycle, and up 60.88% from the lowest 54.04 point on November 04, 2015 (Note: Period refers to 2014-Jannuary-02 till now).

Since April, domestic DDGS prices continue to rise. After the tomb-sweeping day, the increase of DDGS continued to increase. The average price of domestic DDGS on the 9th was 2086 RMB/ton, 2.62% higher than that before the festival and 4.33% higher than that at the beginning of the month.

Products: In April, aquatic feed rigid demand increased, soybean meal prices are strong, plus some distilleries to produce medical alcohol. Domestic DDGS inventory low, with tight supply, and prices continue to rise. Jilin area Dongfeng biochemical DDGS quoted 2,030 RMB/ton, and the price rose by 130 RMB/ton. Heyang alcohol DDGS quoted 2080 RMB/ton, and the price rose by 80 RMB/ton. Shandong Weifang Yingxuan DDGS price was 2150 RMB/ton, and the price rose by 50 RMB/ton.

Corn: As the spring sowing season approached, the basic level of circulating and high-quality grain sources became less and less, and the willingness of the deep-processing enterprises in the production areas to replenish storage increased. Under the support of the demand for replenishes storage, the price of corn in the production areas continued to run at a high level, and the price of raw material corn went up, which supported the rise of DDGS price.

Market Forecast: SunSirs agricultural product analyst Li Bing thinks that terminal aquatic feed into the consumer season, DDGS prices are easy to rise in the short term difficult to fall, will continue to run high.
