2. Analysis of influencing factors

The stock of 300 series stainless steel has significantly decreased, and the inventory pressure has improved, which has supported the price. The cargo situation has been alleviated. At the same time, steel mills are mainly to allow profits to be shipped back to the capital. Low-cost sources may enter the market after the overdraft of demand, and the downstream will basically stop work next week, and demand will gradually weaken, putting greater pressure on stainless steel prices. In terms of output, the nation’s total stainless steel output in December was 2.4029 million tons, an increase of 9.05% year-on-year; the initial value in January was 2.0788 million tons, an increase of 4.26% year-on-year.
