According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, the NMP market fell significantly this week (3.6-3.10), with the average price of electronic NMP stabilized at 22,666 RMB/ton at the beginning of the week and 21,666 RMB/ton at the end of the week, down 2.69%. 

Analysis review

According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, as of Friday, the mainstream price of domestic electronic NMP market was 18,500-21,000 RMB/ton. The prices of upstream raw materials had declined to varying degrees, and the downstream demand was weak. The NMP factory had strengthened its mentality of giving up profits for sales. Most of the market transactions followed the market. There was no good news to guide the market for the time being, and the weakness was hard to change.

Raw materials: From March 3 to 10, the domestic BDO price fell from 13,160 RMB/ton to 12,780 RMB/ton, and the price fell 2.89% in the cycle, fell 5.45% month-on-month and fell 55.25% year-on-year. The price of raw materials fell significantly, and the cost support weakened.

Market outlook

NMP analysts from SunSirs believe that the NMP market was weak in buying, and under the guidance of the demand side, the downward cost further dragged the downward price of NMP. It is expected that the NMP will consolidate at a low level in the near future.
