According to the public announcement, Inner Mongolia Runyang Yueda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will expand the reduction furnace device with an annual output of 30000 tons in the original Runyang Yueda Photovoltaic Equipment Manufacturing Whole Industry Chain Technology Demonstration Project 50000 Tons of High-purity Polysilicon Plant, Supporting production facilities such as hydrochloric acid analysis and boiler room shall be constructed. The remaining cold hydrogenation, rectification, tail gas recovery, slurry production units and public and auxiliary projects rely on the original Runyang Yueda Photovoltaic Equipment Manufacturing Whole Industry Chain Science and Technology Demonstration Project 50000 tons of high-purity polysilicon production and public and auxiliary equipment and facilities. Through the merger and construction of the original project, the annual production scale of 80000 tons of high-purity polysilicon can be reached. The total investment of the project is 3 billion yuan, including 900 million yuan of self-owned funds and 2.1 billion yuan of bank loans. The construction period is expected to be from March 2023 to June 2024.

According to the data, the Runyang Yueda Photovoltaic Equipment Manufacturing Whole Industry Chain Technology Demonstration Project covers an area of 66.6453 hectares. The project is located in the Shanghai Temple Town Industrial Park in the front banner of Ordos, Inner Mongolia, with a total investment of 14.6 billion yuan. After completion, the project will produce 55000 tons of industrial silicon and 50000 tons of polycrystalline silicon annually. On January 30, 2023, the tail gas device of the project was officially started.
